Marriage Bond of Cain Field and Anna Lewis

Know all may by these Presents that We
Cane Field & Jonathan Cox
are held and firmly bound unto Isaac Shelby Esquire
Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and his Successors
in the penalty of £ 50 current money to which payment
will and truly to be made We bind ourselves our Heirs Executors
and Administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our
Seals and dated this 29th day of March 1793

Whereas a marriage is suddenly intended to be herd
as solemnized between the above bound Jonathan Cane Field &
wife Anne Lewis Daughter of __________________
Now the Conditions of the above Obligation is such that if there
( illegible illegible) caused to ___stned the said Marriage then this
Obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force (illegible)
